The Integrator - Business Solutions must integrate and adapt our business solutions to each client according to the systems and realities of each. He/she adapts easily and quickly to change. He/she is meticulous and makes sure to make a finished product that meets the customer's expectations. He/she could take part in taking customer needs and organizing the implementation process.


  • Perform the complete implantation process
    • Configure, prepare and install the various solutions for customers (GED, ECM, etc.)
    • Correctly document each development and installation
    • Participate in the development of mandatory documents for integrations (Scope of work) with the architect
    • Maintain certifications, training, and knowledge of products marketed by CT
    • Prepare and do software demonstrations/proof of concept
  • Act as a resource person for clients
    • Act as a resource person for customers to ensure their satisfaction (support/training/analysis)
    • Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues
    • Participation in levels 1 and 2 support
    • Provide support and training for the various solutions installed (taking calls, emails, customer contacts)


  • College diploma in computer science
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support/integration
  • Bilingualism (English/French)

  • Have the following technical knowledge:
    • Administration script (VBS/Javascript)
    • SQL Server/SQL Management/SQL Database
    • Script
    • ODBC Management
    • Vbscript
    • WebService
  • Knowledge of the payables (AP) business process an asset
  • Knowledge of ERP system an asset
  • Knowledge of ECM solutions an asset
